Staff Information

- Mr. Dennis P. Ritz, MS, JD is the CLIA Director of AmeriDrug Labs. Licensed as a Clinical Toxicologist by the State of California, Mr. Ritz provides regulatory compliance and direction to AmeriDrug’s clinical and forensic toxicology laboratories. A graduate of the University of Denver and Colorado State University, he was founder and director of Poisonlab, Inc, a CLIA, SAMHSA and CAP FUDT toxicology laboratory.

In addition to extensive experience in toxicology, Mr. Ritz is an attorney.  He is available for consultation on AmeriDrug’s testing for clinical interpretation and presentation of lab results at arbitration or in court.

- Nichole P. O’Brien, is the Supervisor of AmeriDrug Labs, and has her Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, and Masters Degree in Chemistry from University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  She has four years experience in a toxicology laboratory environment, and has been with AmeriDrug Labs since May 2010.
